The east wind was blowing, continuously, pushing the dilapidated longboat to the unknown west. In the early summer of June, the Azores High from the North Atlantic formed a strong pressure difference on the surrounding American continent. A hurricane rises from the sea and, following the direction of pressure, spins strong winds and heavy rain and throws them onto the land.
