The congressmen lords all have contacts with each other.

For the congressmen and gentlemen, at this stage, there is no so-called political position.

Sometimes they fight each other around a focal point, but sometimes they come together.

Whether they need to cooperate, or to be hostile to each other, depends on how the greater capital power needs them, or how the respective capital power behind them needs them.
