Chapter 34: Attitude determines the future, don’t

The two policemen stood at the door of the room and looked at each other. The policeman who was recording some information put away the notebook and pen, "There is good news. We have caught the guy who took your things, but you also need to go. Point it, do you understand what I mean?"

He didn't use keywords like "stealing" and "burglary", but used it. He was weakening the nature of Lynch's case in this case, and at the same time exerting pressure on the other party.

Not everyone has the courage to go to the scene to identify criminals. Last year, some people did statistics. About 61.94% of witnesses were unwilling to identify criminals, and more than 77.53% of witnesses. The person is unwilling to testify in court.

This has already explained a lot of problems. It can be seen as the evil result of the poor public security of the Baylor Federation, or it can be seen as the reason why the criminal forces are still arrogant.

In short, letting people testify against criminals is undoubtedly a way to increase the pressure of witnesses, but they found the wrong person, and Lynch immediately put on his clothes, "What are you waiting for?"

The two policemen were a little confused about what Lynch was going on, but they did hope that the matter could be resolved "successfully".

On the way to the police station, the policeman sitting in the co-pilot talked about the "criminals" they had captured.

"That was a young man who was going to school at the age of sixteen or seven. He did not admit that he had done these things, and indeed we did not have enough evidence to completely nail him..."

This sentence is right or wrong. It is completely treating Lynch as a layman. In the police station, as long as they identify someone as a criminal and if necessary, they can nail the criminal with a little bit of evidence. Obviously This time their plan was not like that.

The policeman turned his head and glanced at Lynch. "I think that little guy should be given a chance. This case with insufficient evidence may ruin his future life."

He paused after speaking, "You have not been hurt, and the loss is very limited. If he is willing to compensate you, I think you can talk about it."

After saying these things, the police turned around, and he said everything he should have said. As for the result, it is not for him to be a small policeman on the front line.

For the two policemen in the car, it doesn't really matter how Lynch chooses them. They won't be able to hit them in the head anyway, they just try their best to fulfill the orders of their superiors.

During the next driving, they didn't say anything to Lynch until the car stopped in the police station.

"Did you think about it, young man?", a policeman led him to the office building of the police station and opened the hall door for him.

Lynch calmly nodded, "Maybe I should talk to him."

"Smart choice!" The police patted him on the shoulder and led him to the interrogation room. There was also some relaxed smile on his face, and he whispered, "You can open your mouth like a lion from him. A piece of meat was torn off from his body. He is a rich bastard, at least richer than us. You know what I mean?"

Lynch nodded, and the policeman pursed his mouth in satisfaction. He stood outside the interrogation room and opened the door, and then whispered again, "We turned off the recording system and remember to knock on the door when we came out. Waiting for you at the door!"

There are too few good people like this. Lynch nodded vigorously and walked into the room.

In fact, the entire police station process has been completely messed up at this point. Before going to court, the victim and the perpetrator, or the plaintiff and the defendant, can’t meet, but some things are just like that.

Rules are rules, and reality is reality.

The interrogation room only had a table and four chairs. These things were all fixed to the ground. Little Michael sat down on the side of the table in despair.

Lynch's arrival made him couldn't help but look up at Lynch. He didn't understand why the ring in his father's drawer was actually a stolen item, which made him breathe a sigh of relief and lifted his heart.

This ring is not evidence of Michael's betrayal of the family, but its origins are problematic, which means that his father may be involved in a crime. There is a kind of struggle and pain in his heart that he can't express. He doesn't know how. Do it, and at the same time feel that Michael is not easy.

The police also talked to him over there, and they will find the policeman. If he can persuade the policeman to withdraw the case, then he can leave directly after paying the bail.

This incident will not become a stain on his file. After the case was withdrawn, he did not commit any more crimes within a certain period of time. All the information will be completely put into another information bag, and most people will never see it.

When he saw Lynch, little Michael opened his mouth and closed it again. He didn't know how to speak.

Children at this age often have a very clear view of right and wrong. He regards Lynch as a "victim". He suddenly finds himself dirty because he is trying to ruin justice like some people he doesn't like. And fair.

The feeling of shame made him unable to speak, so he could only keep his head down and stay silent. He was waiting for Lynch to make a request.

No matter what conditions Lynch made, as long as it was not too excessive, he would agree to it. It was not his sin, but he wanted to make atonement for his father.

He didn't know why Michael would steal Lynch's ring, but when it happened, it didn't make sense to entangle this. All he needed to do was to give Lynch enough compensation and cover his father.

It’s just...sometimes young people don’t want to admit that they are young, and eventually they will be slapped in the face by reality.

Lynch paused for a while after sitting down, "I'm not here to talk to you about how much money you can spend to solve this..." Little Michael raised his head in surprise, while Lynch continued, "Don't I think you have a few stinky money to influence the justice of the judiciary. Even if the lawsuit is brought to the state court, I will not compromise!"

Lynch’s statement made Michael realize that things were not developing as he had just considered. Therefore, it is hypocritical to say that a slut. The moment before he was caught in a sense of moral depravity and self-humiliation. He was unable to extricate himself. Lynch's unwillingness to compromise statement shook his calf and began to tremble!

Before he could open his mouth, Lynch continued, “Everyone must be responsible for their actions, whether you are a student or someone else, even if you are a government official, you must be justly tried.”

"The court, judges and the public will give you a fair trial. No matter how high you stand, the moment the judge's gavel falls, you will be pulled down. The higher you stand, the more painful you will fall. ."

Little Michael began to sweat on his face. In fact, he didn't completely substitute himself in the role of the suspect, but his father, Michael, into it.

This gave him a kind of struggle, entanglement and pain that he could not describe. He could already imagine what happened when Michael appeared in the dock and was found guilty. This family was over in an instant.

"Is there no room for...negotiation?" There was something bitter in his voice, with a hint of expectation.

Lynch shook his head, "If I break into your house and take away your most important things, and then hit your face with a wad of bills~lightnovelpub.net~ tell you this thing, forget it, Will you be willing?"

Little Michael stopped talking, his mood was very low, Lynch ticked the corner of his mouth slightly, and then stood up.

"I'm here, just to tell you my attitude. There is no compromise at all. I don't want your bad money, and don't look down on others!" He stood up and walked to the door and knocked on the door. The police looked inexplicably. In leaving.

Soon the police also walked in. He pinched his waist and looked at the depressed little Michael. He still asked confusedly, "Have you negotiated?"

Little Michael sighed heavily. He knew very well that his current life, family, and social status all originated from Michael's work.

Once Michael is prosecuted and sentenced, even if he does not go to jail, his job will be over.

The Federal Revenue Service will not want a tainted person to be the management. Once Michael loses his job, the family will move out of the middle-class community to live in the lower city.

The future will be shrouded in a gloomy haze. Only by keeping Michael's job, this family will not have too much problems.

Even the little Michael thought of when Michael had a way to fish him out, then give him a new identity and let him go to other places to start again.

Compared to involving Michael, the younger Michael made a decision. He took a deep breath and raised his head to look at the police, "I plead guilty, I plead guilty to burglary..."

At this time, Lynch, who was standing outside the police station, glanced back at the solemn police station, with a slight smile on his face.

He will entrust certain people to take good care of little Michael in prison, just like Michael threatened him.

Little Michael will become a favorite of everyone, and he has many boyfriends!
