Black box operations can be carried out, but it must not cooperate with the United States, because the United States is nominally the world's hegemony. If it cooperates with the United States, and everyone speaks English, it may really give coal workers an illusion that the United States is to support us.

While the term America and working class may seem out of place under normal circumstances, especially during the Reagan administration, there is nothing to worry about.
