I wrote half a chapter, and I wanted to finish it in an hour, but I still forgot it. I strictly enforced discipline, and my head was too active after writing, which would cause sleep disorders.

The day before yesterday I fell asleep before 12 o'clock for the first time in two years, and woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning. I was more comfortable than ever. I hope I can hold on.
