   But if you think about it carefully, you will feel that this understanding is actually wrong. ——Those with a childlike appearance will know that they are good at taking care of life, or in other words, they are good at maintaining health and well-maintained. They will not ask a "why" at all, but will only ask, "How do you take care of it?"

  Only a phenomenon that is completely extraordinary will make one can't help but ask, "Why?"

   At this time, Xu Guangling once again stretched his right arm in front of his eyes, put it in his sight, looked at it, put it down, and put it on the page again.

   His right heart hole was only opened for a day.

   But once he slept, his entire right arm had a slight change. If time goes on, will his right arm also become "like a child"? ——It looks like a child's arm.

  It will not have any flaws, whether it is external or internal.

  Because there is no obstacle to metabolism, qi and blood flow vigorously and vigorously in it. In other words, every cell is in the healthiest and most perfect state, and can always get the most adequate supply of nutrients.

   In a situation like this, there is no reason for a flaw, even a little!

"Lao Zhang, your body is as strong as a pine, your spirit is as deep as a bell, your spirit is like a dragon, and you can see people of forty or fifty people." At that time, when he first met Zhang Lao, Xu Guangling said to Mr. Zhang Lao, "I hope If you go to forty or fifty people, Xu Guangling is actually exaggerating.

   If it is not exaggerated, the real description should be, "It looks like fifty or sixty people."

There is no need to be like a teenager in his twenties. Even if he is completely healthy and his metabolism is completely unimpeded, there is still a difference between the old and the young, but at least it should be in his 30s or 40s. In fact, a 40-year-old It looks a little old.

   And "showing old age", this feature should not exist.

   But in the study, the words inside and outside, Zhang Lao admitted that he opened the top hole.

  Perhaps only one orifice can be opened, after all, it cannot resist the "general trend" of the whole body. Only when all five minds are opened, or all five orifices are opened together, can one truly look like a child, whose shape is not defeated, and whose appearance is not deteriorating?
