   In other words, the life expectancy of ordinary people can be roughly divided into three grades, below 100, premature death; 120-150, normal; 180-220, longevity.

   For practitioners, as long as they consolidate their originality, they can "make the most of their years".

   But it’s just a matter of condensing Yuan Dacheng, there is no way to always maintain Condensing Yuan Dacheng. In old age, as the age gradually approaches the age, the cultivation base will gradually decline.

   A cultivator in the Profound Entrance Realm, even if he can't make further breakthroughs in his life, there is still no problem in keeping his body's qi and blood in a state of condensing yuan.

During a long period of time, the cultivator's body and mind have been constantly changing, and the change in consciousness is even greater. All these make the cultivator need to have a time and space for adjustment while focusing on the cultivation. .

   Ordinary sects or Xiu San, etc., may not have enough knowledge about this.

   Even if you have enough knowledge, you may not be able to make appropriate arrangements.

   Then it is either too slack, slack and slack, and falls directly, or too tight, taut and taut, and then stretches itself to "death", so that the practice loses the possibility of continuing to move forward.

The    is either constantly dangling between the two, or too loose, or too tight, and can never find the right degree.

   And then it is generally still half-used.

  This makes the time line of the enlightenment realm stretched even more, and then there may be various mundane events in the middle...

The    is piled up in assorted ways, and then the cultivator's life is probably like this.

   This is the general ecology of the middle and lower classes of spiritual practice.

   Therefore, Kaizen Realm often has many names among those who are not sect cultivators, either by word of mouth or in book records.

   For example, "Yellow Sand Border", which means the long yellow sand, like a desert, can't see the edge, and can't walk.
