The Legend of Fatality
Chapter 702: Strange dwarf
If there is any difference, it is that the recently arrived dwarves are taller and stronger than Grerogan. In fact, Bane thought that Grerogan was the tallest dwarf he had ever seen. The dwarf's hair was shaved and his beard cut short. On top of his head it looked like he had put a huge row of nails into his skull, made a headdress, and painted it in different colors. His nose was interrupted many times, and he could no longer see the original shape. One ear was obviously beaten frequently and turned into a flat, swollen shape; the other had actually been ripped clean, leaving only a hole in one side of his head. He wears a big nose ring on his nose. He had no scars on his body, but he was covered with tattoos. He held a big hammer in one hand and a short-handled broad-bladed axe in his waist.
Behind this new oathbreaker stood another dwarf, shorter, chubby, and looking more educated. He is about half as tall as Bai En, but he is very wide, or a little fat. His carefully trimmed beard almost reached the ground. His big eyes blinked like an owl from behind thick lenses. His fingers were stained with ink, and he held a large, heavy book, framed in brass.
Bai En was a little uncertain, but on Fatalin Island, he did see the runes of the Golden Shield Dwarves holding similar metal books.
"Snowry-thorn horn, live and breathe like me!" Guerrerogan growled, his disgusting smile showing his broken teeth. "It's been a while! What are you doing here?"
"Snowry came here for the same reason as you, Gray Logan-Mahal. Snowy received a letter from academic old Borek, asking Snowy to go to the Black Tower."
Once again, Bai En heard the word ‘Black Tower’. He turned his ears to the two and tried to listen to each other ’s conversation more carefully.
"Don't try to fool me. I know you are illiterate, Snowry. When those nails are nailed in, these words are knocked out of your head."
"Balklow-Longbeard translated it to Snowry," Snowry explained. He looked awkward, and looked like the most awkward thing a dwarf could see. He looked around and apparently wanted to change the subject.
"Snowry thinks he missed a wonderful fight." The dwarf said, looking at this terrible scene of violence, with a longing regret, just like when Grey Rogan looked at his overturned beer The kind of embarrassing expression. "Snowry thought he had better drink a beer. Snowry was a little thirsty!"
"Ten glasses of beer for Snowry-thorns!" Grerogan roared towards the bar. "It's better to get me ten glasses. Snowry doesn't like to drink alone."
There was a horrible silence in the room. Other customers looked at the scene of the fight, and then looked at the two dwarfs as if they were gunpowder barrels, and the leads of the gunpowder barrels were still burning. Slowly, they stood up in twos and threes and left quietly, leaving only Bane, Grey Logan, Snowy, and another dwarf.
"Look who finishes first?" Snowry asked with his eyelids lowered, and then looked up cunningly at Grey Rogan.
"Look who finishes first." Gray Rogan agreed.
Another dwarf walked towards them swayingly, bowing politely like a dwarf, leaning forward, and lifting his beard with one hand so that the beard would not drag on the ground. To be honest, it has been a long time since Brian has seen such a polite dwarf, and Grerogan has almost changed his impression of the dwarf.
"Walik-Varesen of the Grimmel family is waiting for your assignment." He said in a gentle, pleasant voice. "It seems that you have received a message from my uncle."
Snowry and Grey Logan looked at him, seeming stunned by his politeness, and then the two began to laugh. Warwick flushed with embarrassment.
"It's best to give this young man a beer too!" Guerrerogan shouted. "He seems to need to relax. Now stand aside, young man, Snowry and I are about to bet."
The hotel owner smiled pleased. A relief expression passed across his face. It seems that the dwarves are determined to do more than make up for the drunkards they drove away.
The shopkeeper lined up the beer along the low counter. Ten cups are in front of Grey Rogan and ten cups are in front of Snowry. The two dwarves looked at each other, just as people looked at their opponents before the wrestling match. Snowrie looked at Grey Logan, then at the beer. He took a swift step, and the agile sprint took him within the range of his chosen target. He grabbed the glass, lifted it to his lips, and raised his head to swallow.
Guerrerogan's progress was a little slower. It took a second for his beer to reach his mouth. After that, there was a long silence in the hotel, only the dwarf's voice broke the silence, and then Snory threw his glass back to the table. A few seconds later, Guerrerogan threw the glass Back to the table. Bai En looked at the probe in surprise. Both glasses of wine were drunk.
"The first cup is always the easiest," Guerrero said disappointedly. But Snowie grabbed another wine glass and grabbed the second with the other hand, which was repeated again quickly. The same is true for Guerrerogan. He grabbed a wine glass in one hand, lifted one to his mouth, sucked it in one breath, and then dried another. In this round, Grerogan put down the beer glass a little bit before Snowry put the glass down. Bane was stunned, especially when he thought about how much beer Grey Rogan had drank before Snowry arrived. It seems that the two oath-takers are carrying out a carefully prepared ceremony. Bai En wondered if they really intended to drink all their beer.
"Snowry, I'm embarrassed to be seen drinking with you. An elf girl can drink three glasses during the time you drink those things," said Gray Logan.
Bai En honestly admired that he even had spare time to talk rubbish, he turned his head to see if the **** affected the dwarf's opponent. He found that the **** seemed counterproductive.
Snowry gave him a disgusted look, reached for another glass of beer, and quickly poured it into his mouth, but there was foam in his mouth and foam on his beard. He wiped his mouth with the outside of a tattooed forearm. This time he finished before Grerogan had finished his cup.
"At least all my beers have come into my mouth," Guerrerogan said without a betrayal, and continued to talk rubbish.
"Are you talking or drinking?" Snowry questioned.
Although Grerogan's nonsense succeeded in making Snory reply, on the whole his plan seemed to have failed.
Five bottles, six bottles, and seven bottles of beer were quickly consumed. Guerrerogan looked at the ceiling, sucked his lips, and burped. Snowry also responded quickly. Bane and Warwick exchanged glances after hearing two hiccups. The seemingly knowledgeable dwarf looked back at him ~ lightnovelpub.net ~ shrugged helplessly, and Bai En knew the other side's feeling very well.
In less than a minute, the two dwarves drank more beer than Bai En could drink all night. Guerrerogan blinked at this moment, his eyes looked a bit dull, but this was the only sign he had just drank a lot of alcohol. Snowy's physical condition has not changed at all, but he has not been drinking all night.
Grey Logan reached out to put down the eighth cup, but by then Snowry had already completed half of the ninth cup and could be said to be far ahead in this game. When he put down the glass, he said: "It seems you have to pay for beer."
Bai En laughed at this time. He had never seen Grerogan lose in the drinking competition. This is probably the first time. If he is not rubbish, there may be some hope to win.
Guerrerogan did not answer. He picked up a glass of beer in one hand and a second glass of beer in the other, then raised his head, opened his mouth, and raised two glasses of beer while pouring into it. There was no swallowing sound. He didn't swallow at all, just let the beer flow directly into his throat. Snowry was so stunned by this impressive feat that he forgot to pick up his last glass of beer before Grerogan ended.
Guerrerogan stood there shaking slightly. He burped again and sat on the stool.
"The day you can drink more than I do, Snowrie's Horn, the day when **** freezes."
"That will be the next day you pay for beer, Guerrero Mahal," Snowry said, sitting next to his companion.
"Well, this is just the beginning," he continued. "Then let's take a few drinks seriously. It seems that Snowry still has some progress to catch up."
