The Legend of Fatality
Chapter 783: caveat
Luke was still lurking in the big balloon. He knew that the airship had stopped. He heard the engine noise gradually disappearing. He felt the ship tremble when it hit something, and felt a slight sideways shift when the ship was tied up. He knew it was time for him to do his business. It was his business, not Tangul ’s business. He knew that if he were to escape from this **** ship, there would never be a better time than when Tangul launched the attack. This will keep the crew busy and allow Luck to escape. He will have time to apologize to Tangul in the future. Luck is ready and ready to act.

Angelica watched some villains walk through the gap in the window to the platform above the tower. The height of several of her can be seen, one of them is Bai En. Her heart is sinking. She has never felt so bad since the Ratmen's assault troops crossed the city wall and slaughtered her people. She comforted herself by saying that she had killed at least a dozen mouse-like monsters before being stunned with a stick from behind.
It's not that this thing can change; there are too many enemies. Nonetheless, she estimates that her forces have eliminated nearly half of the Ratmen. She was terribly worried. She was kept in the wine cellar all day, and part of her house became a cell. She did n’t know if her father and her friends were still alive. Now she was being forced to watch this gloating, long head. The albino rat wizard at the horn stood there, ready to ambush Bean and his crew. She didn't expect them to drive away this group of rats. There is not enough manpower on the airship to resist this group of twittering creatures.
She looked around, hoping that she still had a weapon in her hand. She thinks she has a lot of confidence to fight against the giant ogre. Although the latter is fully armed and serves as the bodyguard of the Prophet Tangul, she still has hope. But in fact, she had no chance at all.
She hopes to possess the magical power of Eisenheim-Schneider, so it doesn't matter if she has weapons. Before being hit by the rat-man's spell in front of her, the magician had already caused huge damage. Schneider alone killed at least fifty ratmen.
This kind of thinking didn't help her. If the wish is a horse, we will ride it all the time, as her father used to say. She had to figure out a way to warn Bai En and the others before escaping. She thought about it. Even if there is no escape route, she can warn them. She is the tenacious daughter on this tenacious land. If her life will be taken away, so be it.
She glanced at the hall and saw faces like mice. What a pity they were the last things she saw in her life, she thought. She hesitated for a moment, then opened her mouth, ready to give a loud warning.

The Prophet Tangul felt his inner power surging. The critical moment is coming. Human Brian, Grey Logan and the beautiful airship are almost in his grasp.
He reached into his pocket and found the necessary casting materials. A magic stone. A sheet of metal embedded with runes. The hexagonal amulet is engraved with ten powerful runes with absolute power. He has everything he needs. He is ready to start casting spells. This time his enemies cannot escape. He is convinced of this.
He bent his claws, contacted his soul, and drew strength from the magic stone, ready to release his magic.
Bai En lowered his head and scanned the ground and surrounding buildings. Among the many things he hated and worried in his life, the Ratman was almost at the top. Ever since he and Grerogan met these nasty pests for the first time in Heidelberg's sewers, he hated them.
To make matters worse, these terrible creatures seem to have followed their footsteps ever since, and even attacked the collapsed black tower before they went to explore the waste soil eroded by evil forces. But who would have thought they would appear here? The northernmost province of Kaslov is far from anywhere. Are these mouse paws so far away?
However, why should he be surprised by anything in his life? He sometimes feels that he is the most unfortunate creature in the world. No matter where he goes, he will meet the servants of the evil gods. Wherever he went, he suffered disaster and destruction. Another worse idea drove him out of his inner complaint. Is it possible that Angelica is still alive, still under the mouseman's claw? This is something that Bane has to think about.
"Should we continue?" Asked Bai En. They walked halfway up the ladder, on the fifth platform.
"Why not?" Guerrerogan replied. "You want to know what happened to Mrs. Casler."
"In this case, I'm sure I can guess."
"It's not enough to guess, humans. There may be people alive below, they gave us fire and shelter."
"Fire and refuge, there is a barrel of vodka for Snowry," Snowry added.
"Then it's so settled." Bai En said angrily. "I am willing to exchange a barrel of vodka with my life." Then he became more and more angry. "And it's **** vodka from Fatalin."
Bai En knew that he only complained for his face. Even if the two dwarves were not there, he was willing to continue to investigate the fate of Angelica and her family. But when he was covered by Gray Logan and Snowry, he knew there was no turning back. He comforted himself by saying that if there were those ratmen below, at least many of them would die.
Unless they have some very powerful marksmen, Bai En thought. Some ratmen even carry crossbows. The simplest thing in the world is to kill us from a distance. Or not. Not in this situation. Surrounded by horizontal bars. Gray Logan and Snowy are both short; they will not be good targets. Of course, this leaves an obvious target for any shooter.
When he put his center on the ladder rung again, he tried to get this idea out of his mind and wanted to make himself think about that one of the ratmen he had seen had never used a bow or arrow Crossbows, and those ratmen's weapons, have all kinds of problems.
The Prophet Tangul was surrounded by red light. Angelica stood blankly for a while, not knowing what new horror thing the rat-man wizard would create. The magical light surrounding this creature is almost unstoppable. The ratman took two things out of his pocket and began to sing something with its own high-pitched tongue.
All the ratmen in the room stared at it. The ogre rat roared when it felt that magic was building up. Angelica believes that no matter what the ratman is doing. This is her best chance to do something. No matter what bad things Tangul wants to do, she will stop it.
She flicked forward, and then kicked her booty foot into the groin of the Prophet Tangul. The Ratman screamed in pain with a high treble, bent down, and threw away his casting materials. The air was suddenly full of strange smells from certain animals. The ogre rat roared and reached for her. She dived forward, hiding under its extended claws. As she walked between the opponent's cylindrical legs and rolled towards the door, the ratman guarding the door was only a few inches away from her.
The rat man screamed in panic, scared straight back. Angelica threw the latch from the door and rushed into the next room. The ogre rat roared behind her. She saw a surprised ratman appear in front of her. Despair gave her strength. She punched him in the nose. It screamed in pain, dropped its sword, and flew backwards.
Angelica quickly stepped on her lower foot with her feet and fixed it in place while it was flying in midair. Its back snapped on the ground with only a wail in her mouth. Angelica reached out her hand to pick up the twisted sword it fell to the ground ~ lightnovelpub.net ~ This was not the weapon she was accustomed to, but when she had the weapon in her hand, she felt much better.
She looked around. On the left was the staircase to the cellar, where her clan was closed, and on the right was a long corridor full of ratmen. There is no need to choose. With luck, she may be able to rescue several compatriots. If this is not possible, a narrow staircase is more suitable for final resistance than an open corridor.
In this case, she has no choice at all.
"What's that?" Bai En asked when he heard a very familiar distant growl. It followed a scream of painful trembling with a flash of pain.
"To me, this sounds like a big mouse monster." Guerrerogan said excitedly. "Whatever it is, it's mine."
"Can Snowy also have one?" Snowry asked very sadly.
"You can use mine." Bai En said, stopping on the lowest platform, ready to fight.
"Thank you, young Brian." Snowry said. He sounded very grateful.
