Chapter 476: Sail again

   Chapter 476 Sail again

   Time passes day by day.

In fact, the longer he stayed in the mountains, the more sensitive Xu Guangling became to time. At the beginning, he also turned on his mobile phone every now and then to check the date, but it didn't take long for the phone to run out of power.

One is that the phone has been used for several years, and the battery has long been exhausted, and the other is the high-cold area, the battery is depleted.

So, when the mobile phone, the only thing that could be connected to the outside world, also stopped working, Xu Guangling was completely "left behind and independent". Then, one day, two days, three days... January, February, March...

Slowly, Xu Guangling stopped paying attention to time at all.

The same is true at this time.

Every day Xu Guangling got up early in the morning, and then ran wildly among the mountains with his big cat, Xu Guangling in the front and the big cat in the back.

The poor cat was raised by him as a leopard, of course, the big cat himself was very happy. - that's how it was raised.

So, it also seems to enjoy the feeling of running wild in the wind, whether it is a headwind or a chaser, in short, it is very windy.

One person and one cat ran all the way to the bottom of the mountain more than ten kilometers away. At this time, the big cat would jump into the big pocket and let Xu Guangling carry it up the mountain. As for Xu Guangling, just taking care of the speed of the big cat, that little activity was not even a warm-up. At this time, going up the mountain was the real warm-up.

There is still a lot of snow on the mountain, as well as glaciers formed from snow.

Xu Guangling took a bath in the glacier, and then directly on the top of the mountain, he started boxing. After a set of punches, he mostly finds a place to lie down or sit there.

Thoughts are like floating clouds, coming and going.

A large amount of knowledge from the past appeared one after another, as if it was reactivated, and then all appeared in front of him with new faces.

Based on Xu Guangling's own simple judgment, the books he read in the library in the past few years are not as much knowledge as he has absorbed in one day.

Of course, this comparison is actually very unfair. At that time, although he was a little smart since he was a child, he was just an ordinary person after all. At this time, if Zhang Lao and Chen Lao were considered "extraordinary", then he had already surpassed "extraordinary". I don't know. How many.

If he played a little game like Poetry Solitaire, even if the two old men joined forces, he could beat them to tears.

What's more, these days, it was originally a period of concentrated outbreak of his knowledge and thinking.

Many things that were incomprehensible in the past are now overwhelming.

Many things that were invisible in the past are now suddenly clear.

Many things that were not thoroughly analyzed in the past, but now my attention is casually shifted to it, just like a sharp knife cutting paper, I can cut it how I want.

As far as "medicine" is concerned, in just a few days, Xu Guangling felt that whether he was on "needle" or "medicine", the height he stood was more than one step higher than before.

is an exaggeration to describe, there is a feeling of going straight from LV1 to LV10.

   Is this feeling wonderful?

   Pretty wonderful!

Moreover, it is not only doctors who have achieved this great leap forward.

To put it roughly, as long as it is something that Xu Guangling has dabbled in before, no matter how deep or shallow the dabbling is, at this moment, there is an all-round improvement. However, the general situation is that the deeper the dabbling in the past, the greater the harvest now.

Medicine is like this, Wu is like this, and music is like this.

On the one hand, Xu Guangling was glad that he had accumulated in the past, but on the other hand, he was a little regretful that the previous accumulation was not enough, far from enough.

If only his accumulation was as rich as Zhang Lao and Chen Lao!

I don’t know if this inexplicable and incredible state is temporary or permanent. ——If it can always be like this in the future, it will be fine.

Although this is not "internal", not the road of a great master, or even more than "external", but mixed with a lot of "miscellaneous" aspects, but Xu Guangling is still immersed in it wholeheartedly.

It feels really good without it.

Therefore, he usually spends at least half a day lying down, sitting, or standing.

But this is still a rest period after all. It is a short break on his journey to become a great master. Therefore, Xu Guangling is only immersed for half a day at most every day.

   Purely wandering, wandering, loitering.

   There is nothing predetermined.

   serves no purpose.

There is only one theme, that is, how to come at will.

In this way, day after day, I don't know how long it has passed, until Xu Guangling found that the knowledge that had popped up in his mind began to settle down again, and his consciousness gradually returned to a quiet and stable state most of the time, and then he knew that this rest. period, can end.

It's time to set sail again!

Returning to the Yuan, resting on the machine, the fundamental trick, "Guiyuan" has become the past, becoming a coordinate behind him, and if the foot is raised again, the place where it falls should be the "resting machine".

   Practice is preceded by reflection.

In fact, as early as when he first came into contact with the information about the fundamental method, Xu Guangling had a comprehensive thought, whether it was about "returning to the Yuan", about "repressing the machine", or about "the fundamental method".

But seriously, what he thought about the most at that time was firstly "returning to the origin" and secondly, "fundamental knowledge".

He thought about "Guiyuan" a lot, because he had been walking on the road of returning to Yuan before that, and "Guiyuan" was the first step and starting point of this new formula.

There are many "fundamental tricks", but it is because of novelty.

Regarding the big orifices, the middle orifices, the small orifices, and the fundamental orifices, scrutinizing the difference and connection of these, as well as their overall effect on the human body, this is Xu Guangling's inexorable quest, almost instinctive.

As for the "breathing machine" in the middle, he ignored it for the same reason that the two ends were not supported.

   is also just negligent.

   is not completely ignored.

And these days, Xu Guangling still has a lot of knowledge and accumulation.

I don't know if I should cry or laugh, or should I say whether to laugh or cry. At this time, Xu Guangling discovered that the Buddhist and Taoist Tibetans he had seen before, many of which he thought were useless, actually provided him with a considerable amount of understanding. help.

In the Buddha's possessions, there is the Dharma door of samatha contemplation.

This is actually the introductory method of Buddhist meditation. Of course, it is also okay to say that it is an introductory step, and it is also possible to say that it extends from the initiation to an infinite extension.

To put it simply, when you are just starting out, you can practice samatha insight. Once you have entered the door, you can still practice samatha insight. Your realm is good, better, and deep, and you can still practice samatha insight.

In the introduction to samatha, there is a method called counting and listening.

To put it bluntly, it is to sit quietly and count your breaths, just like counting sheep at night, one sheep, two sheep, three sheep...

When the count is not chaotic, for example, if you can count from one hundred, to one thousand, to ten thousand, you can give up counting the breath, turn to the listening breath, listen carefully to your breathing, listen, listen, and listen. While listening, your breathing gradually changes from chaotic to not chaotic, from thick to thin, until it becomes infinitely subtle.

Then naturally, you enter the state of meditation.

At first, out of curiosity, Xu Guangling tried it.

but failed.
